1. Description and Duration of the Contest
The contest ” Free entertainment for your office party ”, the rules and details of which are available on the company’s website (techexp.ca/officeparty) is organized by 9099433 Canada Inc. (hereinafter ‘Tech Experience’). This contest will run from November 18, 2019 (11:00 am EST) to November 30, 2019 (11:59 am EST)
2. Eligibility Criteria
Contest entrants must be residents of Quebec or Ontario and must be 18 years of age or older. Employees, board members, and their immediate family members (father, mother, brother, sister, child and spouse) and the persons with whom they are domiciled are not eligible to participate in this contest.
3. Participation
No purchase required. The draw will take place on December 1st, 2019 at 10:00 am EST via our @tech_experience Instagram page.
To participate, the eligible person must meet the following conditions:
- Subscribe to our Instagram account;
- Identify the company or coworker that will benefit from the price of 2 simulators for a day;
- To claim prize, answer this question correctly: If Tech Experience was founded in 2014, how many years of operations is it celebrating this year, in 2019?;
- Confirm that he/she has read and accepted the contest rules.
4. Prize Description
The prize of $ 4,000 consists of 2 racing simulators with screen and sound, a hostess for one evening during an “office party” during the holiday season from December 3 to December 23 inclusively. For the inhabitants of Quebec and Ontario. Location must be within 250km of either Montreal or Toronto.
5. Contest Draw
The winner will be determined by a random draw from all eligible entrants who met all the criteria requested on December 1, 2019 10:00 am EST online using the website (www.commentpicker.com/instagram.php).
6. Publishing the Winner
The winner and winning business will be announced as text published on the company’s Instagram page. It may also be published on other media such as the company’s website and Facebook account.
7. Ownership
The entries are the property of the contest organizers and will not be returned to the participants.
8. General conditions
A representative of Tech Experience will communicate with the person selected by direct message on the social network Instagram the day of the draw. In order for the selected person to win, they must meet the following requirements:
- The winner must claim his prize within five(5) days, failing to do so will result in losing the right to the prize and it will be awarded to the next person whose name has been drawn. The same procedure will be done until a winner has been designated;
- When accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the contest organizers use their name, the name of the company, the city of the company, the photographs taken during the event, or any audio-video content recorded during the event or any declaration relating to the contest for promotional purposes, without any form of remuneration or additional compensation;
- To win, the participant must correctly answer the question asked in the contest. (If Tech Experience was founded in 2014, how many years of operations is it celebrating this year, in 2019?) If the selected entrant does not correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question *, another entry will be drawn until the prize is awarded;
- Prize must be used Monday to Friday (midnight) and excludes week-ends;
- The winner will be able to claim his prize by contacting Tech Experience, responsible for the draw, by writing to them via the social networks, phone 1-888-880-5455 or email of the company (info@techexp.ca);
As mentioned prior, the prize will be accepted as such and is neither exchangeable nor redeemable, but may be transferable (in its entirety, not separately); - Participation in this contest implies the acceptance of the present regulations and Tech Experience is in charge of its application. All decisions are final;
- Tech Experience reserves the right to terminate the contest and / or modify the conditions, without notice.
Failure to comply with one of the conditions mentioned above or any other condition mentioned in these rules will result in the selected entrant being disqualified and a new draw for this prize will be made in accordance with these Contest Rules. The same conditions will then remain applicable by making the necessary adaptations, if necessary.
9. Litigation
For residents of Quebec, a dispute over the organization or conduct of a publicity contest may be submitted to the liquor, Racing and Gaming Authority for resolution. Any litigation respecting the award of the prize may be submitted to the ‘’Régie’’ only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
10. This Contest is Subject to all Applicable Laws
